                What is the status of my order? / 我的订单目前状态是什么?
Once your order is shipped, we will upload the tracking number to our system, and you will automatically receive an email and WhatsApp notification. You can use the tracking link to check your delivery status anytime.
您的订单发货后,我们会将运单号上传到系统,您将自动收到电子邮件和WhatsApp通知。您可通过链接随时查看包裹的配送状态。 - 
                Can I change my order? / 我可以修改我的订单吗?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. Once your order is packed or shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
如果您的订单尚未处理,请尽快联系我们以进行修改。一旦订单已打包或发货,就无法再更改。

                What payment methods do you accept? / 你们接受哪些付款方式?
We accept a wide range of secure local and international payment methods through HitPay. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, PayNow, GrabPay, PayLater by Grab, ShopeePay, Atome, ShopBack Pay, and SPayLater.

                Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

                Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? / 请问可以货到付款吗?
We’re sorry, but Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders must be placed and paid for online. We offer both home delivery and self-pickup options for your convenience.

                What are the delivery fees? / 送货费用是多少?
Delivery is free for orders above $50. For orders below $50, a flat $4.90 delivery fee applies.

                Where do you deliver? / 你们的配送范围是哪里?
We deliver islandwide across Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as military camps and Jurong Island.

                How long does delivery take? / 送货需要多长时间?
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes up to 24 hours for processing before dispatch. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after your parcel has been shipped. The courier will usually contact you before delivery. If no one is available at the address, your parcel will generally be placed safely outside your unit.
下单后,我们通常会在24小时内处理订单并安排发货。发货后,配送时间一般为1至3个工作日。快递员通常会在送货前与您联系。如收件地址无人接收,包裹一般会被安全地放置在您门口。 - 
                What if I have special delivery instructions? / 如果我有特别的送货要求怎么办?
You may message us in advance with any special instructions, and we’ll include them when scheduling your delivery. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, we’re unable to control the exact delivery timing.

                My order shows “in transit.” What does that mean? / 我的订单显示“运输中”是什么意思?
It means your parcel has been collected by the courier and is on its way, currently being processed at the sorting centre.
表示您的包裹已由快递公司收取,正在分拣中心处理中并运往途中。 - 
                Can I request delivery on a specific date? / 我可以指定送货日期吗?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but due to high order volumes, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Once handed to the courier, delivery scheduling is beyond our control.
我们会尽量满足您的要求,但由于订单量较大,无法保证确切送货日期。包裹交由快递后,送达时间将由快递公司安排。

                How will I receive my tracking number? / 我如何获得包裹的运单号?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll upload the tracking number to our system. You’ll automatically receive a notification via email (and WhatsApp if enabled). If you don’t receive it, please contact us directly and we’ll share the tracking details.

                Do your products need to be refrigerated? / 产品需要冷藏吗?
Our ready-to-eat rice meals and other products can be stored safely at room temperature. Keep them in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration is required before the best before date.
我们的即食饭和其他产品可在常温下保存,保持干燥,在最佳食用日期前无需冷藏即可安全保存。

                How do I heat the ready-to-eat rice meals? / 即食饭要如何加热?
You may microwave for 2.5 minutes, steam for 5–8 minutes, or boil the unopened pouch for 10–15 minutes.
If heating isn’t possible, it can also be eaten directly.
可选择 微波2分半、蒸5-8分钟 或 将未开封包装放入沸水中加热10-15分钟。如无法加热,也可直接食用。 - 
                Are your products safe and approved? / 产品安全吗?有认证吗?
Yes. All products are produced in our factories under a state-of-the-art sterilization process and are tested and approved by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to ensure safety and quality.
是的。所有产品均在工厂使用先进的无菌工艺生产,并通过新加坡食品局(SFA)认证与检测,确保安全与品质。
